Refund policy

At Scarla Enterprises, every Shopify setup, redesign, and optimization is crafted with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. My goal is to deliver work that is polished, functional, and aligned with the scope we agree on before the project begins.

Project Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your project in the schedule and begin planning, design, and development. This deposit is applied toward the final project cost and becomes non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund of the deposit may be issued. Once planning, design, or development has begun, all payments are non-refundable because the work is custom and time, preparation, and deliverables begin immediately.

Digital Products

All digital items — including PDFs, guides, and e-books — are final sale once delivered.

Cancellations After Work Has Started

Because each project is custom, payments are non-refundable after work has begun. This includes planning, design structuring, theme setup, and any form of development work. No refunds are issued for change-of-mind cancellations.

Revisions & Quality Guarantee

I guarantee professional-quality work delivered according to the agreed project scope. Any errors or omissions on my part will be corrected at no cost. Revisions are included only within the original project scope; additional changes, redesigns, or new requests outside of scope are billed separately.

Scope, Deliverables & Communication

Before work begins, you will receive a clear summary of the project scope, deliverables, and expectations. This ensures transparency and prevents misunderstandings at every stage.

If you experience any issues with your delivered project or digital product, please contact me at contact@scarlaenterprises.com within 7 days of delivery. I’ll review the concern promptly and work toward a fair and positive solution based on the agreed scope of work.
